The San Francisco-based drag chanteuse BeBe Sweetbriar has graced every notable stage in the City on the Bay and many stages around the World including Hong Kong, China. As award winning performer, Top 10 USA Dance Radio and Top 25 Billboard charting recording artist (UNITY, 2017), BeBe has been the opening act for Destiny’s Child Kelly Rowland, TV’s Ugly Betty star Alec Mapa, Broadway-star and The Voice alum Frenchie Davis, Billboard Dance Divas Kristine W. and Luciana, and Punk Rock star Peaches.

As an actor, BeBe has co-starred in three independent projects, Under One Sun (Aisha Media) and Devious, Inc. (Hella Fresh Films – Australia Film Festival entry), and Hours (Amir Jaffer Films) displaying her wide range in acting with dramatic and comedic roles, and participating in the executive production of Under One Sun and the soundtrack recording for Devious, Inc.

As a media personality, BeBe produced and hosted the award-winning talk magazine radio show It's Everything with BeBe Sweetbriar for 4 years, and frequents as a celebrity interview columnist for various publications in print and online where she has interviewed the likes of Lady Gaga, Academy Award winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black (MILK), Tony Award winner Jennifer Holliday (Dreamgirls), Grammy winners Dionne Warwick (That's What Friends Are For) and Cyndi Lauper (Best New Artist & We Are The World), Award winning playwright Del Shores (Sordid Lives, Southern Baptist Sissies), and LGBT rights activist and author Cleve Jones (When We Rise) to name a few.

As a Nightlife celebrity, BeBe has been awarded the 2017 Nitey Award for Most Notable Drag Queen in recognition for the many nightlife parties and events she’s hosted and the entertainment gained from her performances and creative events. BeBe is also the recipient of two JustCircuit Awards for Drag Entertainer of the Year and Circuit Personality of the Year in 2016.

As an unwavering advocate for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality and the fight against HIV/AIDS stigma, BeBe has been honored by the State of California's Senate and Assembly, and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors with Certificates of Recognition, by San Francisco Power of One/Black Coalition on AIDS (BCA) non-profit organization with the coveted Sylvester Award of Inspiration and served as Grand Marshal for the San Francisco PRIDE Parade.
